Apart from handling Intellectual Property matters, Bolaji represents property developers, private investors, lenders and other parties in various aspects of Real Estate Transactions including but not limited to drafting conveyancing documents, perfection of conveyancing documents, leasing, recovery of premises, Due Diligence.

Bolaji assists the Firm's clients with all their Immigration requirements and also assists with matters related to Employment Law so that the client is in full compliance with the provisions of the Labour Act.
Bolaji also has a vast knowledge of Company Secretarial matters.
